Women's Tennis Falls to Bucknell

LEWISBURG—The Bloomsburg University women’s tennis lost to Bucknell on Wednesday by a score of 6-0. The match was called after singles play due to lightning. 

The Bison swept the singles competition winning all six matches. In doubles play, Bloomsburg’s number three team of Laura Sullivan, this week’s PSAC East Player of the Week, and Andrea Malatesta were leading 4-2 when play was called. 

The Huskies,13-4, host Slippery Rock on Friday at 11 a.m. in the semi-finals of the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) tournament.
