Men's Swim Team Competes in Florida
Huskies Second at Mowerson Invitational

FT. LAUDERDALE, FL--The Bloomsburg University men's and women's swim teams competed in the 74th annual Bob Mowerson College Swim Coaches Forum meet on Jan. 7. There were 13 colleges and universities entered in the meet.
The Bloomsburg women's team was second in the Division II/III bracket with 206 points with Clarion winning with a total of 232.5 points. On the men's side, Bloomsburg finished third with 103.5 points, while Tufts University was first and Clarion second.
Leading the women's team was Sarah Grawe (Stafford, VA/North Stafford) with a first place finish in the 100-meter free in a time of 1:04.96, while Juan Castaneda (Shamokin/Shamokin Area) was third in the 50 fly in 28.33 seconds.
The Huskies return to action on Friday, Jan. 22 hosting Shippensburg at 5 p.m.
